Generally speaking, high pressure micro powder mill is mainly applied to the powder processing of mineral products in the industries of metallurgy, construction material, chemistry, and mining, etc. High pressure mill can produce powder from various non-flammable and non-explosive mineral materials with Mohs hardness below 9.3 and humidity less than 6%, such as quartz, feldspar, calcite, fluorite, cement clinker, dolomite, granite, soft coal, coking coal, chromium oxide green, gold ore, red clay, clay, bolus alba, coke, coal gangue, porcelain clay, kyanite, flour-spar, bentonite, medicinal stone liparite, diabase, pyrophyllite, shale red stone, basalt, gypsum, heat insulating material, etc.
The high pressure micro powder mill is the same to R series Raymond powder mill. The milling device of the micro powder mill is equipped with high pressure spring, making the milling pressure between the milling roller and ring improved by 1.2 times. When the roller and ring has certain wear, the milling pressure can be maintained through adjusting the length of the high pressure length to guarantee the quality. Meanwhile, various components of the milling device are improved and the contact area of the milling roller and ring is maximal, avoiding the problem of unable continuous crushing of medium and small materials in the uneven gaps. According to the Bernouli equation computation and analog experiment result of the gas flow, the geometry of the blade of the fineness grader is changed and the edge inclination and relative gap are adjusted, enabling the super fine powder effectively and accurately being separated.
