The sand making production line is mainly composed of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, vertical shaft impact crusher, vibrating screen, sand washer, belt conveyor and central electricity control. The designed output is generally 50-500 t/h. The technical process of sand making production line: stone materials are evenly sent by vibrating feeder to jaw crusher for primary crushing. The coarsely crushed stone materials are sent to fine jaw crusher for further crushing. The crushed materials are sent by belt conveyor to vibrating screen for screening. The stone materials that satisfy the feeding granularity of sand maker will be sent to sand maker for making sand, and the rest that do not satisfy the feeding granularity requirement of sand maker will be returned to fine jaw crusher to be crushed again. The materials discharged from sand maker will be returned by vibrating screen for re-screening, and the sand that satisfy the requirement will be sent to sand washer for washing and the washed final products will be sent by belt conveyor to become final products. This production line can form two-stage closed-circuit cycle, and according to the customers’ needs, different configuration methods can be used.
