1. Although vibrating screen doesn’t need lubricant, but major repair once a year is still needed.
2. Sieve of vibrating screen or vibration sieve should be removed on a regular basis, check if the screen is broken or uneven, and if the sieve pore is blocking.
3. Making support frame is recommended, for hanging the standby screen.
4. Periodically check the screen seal, replace in a timely manner if found worn or defective.
5. Check the sieve clamping devices before starting the vibrating screen, tighten the loose sieve clamping.
