Under the enclosure of linear vibrating screen, there are two horizontal vibrating motors which are the vibrating source of the whole vibrating screen. Sometimes a motor may be installed on both sides of the vibrating screen according to the specific need. After long time of working, the base of the vibrating motor may be broken, then what factors may cause cracks on the vibrating motor base of linear vibrating screen?

1. The installation position of the vibrating motor may not strictly follow the design requirement of the mechanics of vibration standard.

2. The motor base is not firmly welded and fails to satisfy the requirement.

3. The steel plate made of vibrating motor is too thin, then after long time of vibration, the motor base will crack.

4. The power of the vibrating motor is relatively high, which may exceed the normal load bearing of the vibrating screen.

5. Long time of running may also cause cracks on the motor base, for this reason, it is necessary for customers to control the working time of linear vibrating screen.
