The change of thrust plate is of high frequency among its repairing programs. When you disassemble the thrust plate of jaw crusher whose linking pole is integrated, the baffle bolt should be removed firstly, and then cut off dry lubricating oil pipe, after that, the thrust plate should be hung on the crane lifting hook or other lifting devices, at this time, you can release the spring at the end of horizontal rod and pull the movable jaw to the direction of fixed jaw, finally the thrust plate can be removed easily. If you want to remove the back thrust plate, just separate the linking pole, front plate and movable jaw. After disassembling the thrust plate, cut off dilute oil tubing and cooling pipes. The bracket must be put under the linking pole to support the equipment, and then remove the rod by opening its cap. The spindle of jaw crusher should be removed together with the pulley and flywheel. The motor (with belt) should be close to the crusher as much as possible along the rails then remove the V-belt. Then use a crane to lift the shaft. In order to disassemble movable jaw, you must cut dry lubricating oil pipe firstly, after that, remove the rod and bearing cap, at last, you can use a crane or other lifting equipment to move the jaw out.
